Kynia maintains over 20 years of executive-level business operations, project management and marketing experience. During her career, Kynia has worked in global and remote capacities with Entertainment, Tech and Education companies highly renowned in their respective industries including the likes of Sony Music as Global Director of Project Management; The National Basketball Association as Project Manager of NBA and WNBA Website Development; IBM in various capacities; Pearson, Inc as Implementation Manager and several successful start-ups. Kynia is a results-oriented, technically savvy, executive astute in managing multiple projects and organizations simultaneously with multi-million dollar budgets.

In addition to working in a global, executive project management capacity Kynia has worked in other capacities leveraging expertise in general and technical business consulting, marketing, business development, career development and corporate-wide training.  She is a powerful, diplomatic interface among company leadership creatively utilizing her expertise to maximize relationships and ensure seamless interaction across organizational/project boundaries.

With a reputation for judicious use of resources and resulting cost-containment, Kynia’s work has been instrumental in providing companies she has worked for with innate oversight critical to the success of project and company performance.

Kynia is undoubtedly a strong executor and is known for her knack for positively turning around and up-leveling organizations and projects by performing operational “due diligence.” She quickly returns structure, quality and detail orientation to failing engagements. She is equally adept at jump starting company endeavors and implementing marketing strategies with the same functional approach and fervor.

Kynia also works in her own consultancy, Trinity Connect Associates, offering as digital design and creative, strategic marketing services as well as project management.

In addition to her corporate resume, Kynia is a former Dominican salon owner and is a serial entrepreneur.  Kynia is also an up and coming speaker and author.

In all of her accomplishments, Kynia confirms, outside of her joy in the Lord, her next greatest joy has been raising her son, Khai.
